Shipping & Return Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Area
We currently only ship within Canada. Please enter your postal code at checkout to confirm we deliver to your location.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address. We offer the following options:
● Free Standard Shipping (2–7 business days)
● Express shipping (1-2 business days)
● Local Pick-up (same day)
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within our delivery zones.
Local Pick-up
We offer free local pick-up on all orders within 2 locations.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package’s journey.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We understand that things happen! If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please email support@after6boutique.com within 2 hours of placing your order.
After this window, your order may already be in progress and we may not be able to modify or cancel it. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you love your After Six pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!
Eligibility
● Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
● Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
Return Process
1. Email us at support@after6boutique.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll send you return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
3. Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
If your return is accepted, a flat return shipping fee of $9.95 CAD will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you may use your own shipping method at your own cost.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@after6boutique.com so we can make it right.
